When you apply for a service, you will automatically be agreeing to the terms listed below.1. The artist have the right to refuse the request.2. Property Terms.
_{2.1 | The artist own the right to use the commission as part of portfolio or self-promotion, such as posting WIP's or final result.
....... 2.1-1 | If the client doesn't agree or have the desire to keep the commission a secret until a specific date, the Privacy Fee must be signed.
2.2 | All Services give the client Personal Use rights — Commercial License clausule are listed down bellow.
...... 2.2-1 | Post the commission in the client social media is allowed as long as the client tags the artist and/or give them credits.
2.3 | NO ART PIECE IS ALLOWED TO BE USED TO TRAIN AI'S OF ANY KIND.
2.4 | NO ART PIECE IS ALLOWED TO BE TURNED INTO A NFT.
2.5 | DO NOT remove the artist signature.}

3. Be clear with your order information. The more details the better, vague details will give the artist liberty freedom to be act on.
_{3.1 | Send all visual or textual references — for visual references, for example, it can be links for online folders that the artist can acess.

3.2 | If your commission have a deadline, add it to the information — a Rush Fee will be applied.
3.3 | If your commission will be used for merchandising, products, promotional art, content creation video, etc, add to the information — check the Commercial License clausule down bellow.}4. Contact and work with the artist only work in working days. — Weekends and Holidays are reserved as time to rest.5. Payment Terms | Abouts, Fees & Split Payments.

_{...... 5.1-1 | Privacy Fee is an addition of 100€. This guarantees that the requested art will not be showcased before the specific date setted up and agreed with the client.
...... 5.1-2 | Rush Fee is an addition of 40%+ in price and guarantee's a high priority tag to the client's request. — Only one Rush Fee will be active per time. This can be signed for commissions with a tight deadline that might need to pass over other requests on the artist waitlist.
5.2 | Once the sketch is approved, NO changes will be free. — Except for missing details or similar omissions.
5.3 | The client can choose in how many splits they want to pay for the commission, in between 2 up to 10 splits (negotiable with the artist), however, the request will only be started when at least 20% of commission total price is paid upfront.
...... 5.3-1 | In case of a 100% upfront payment method, the client's request receive a priority tag — this tag DOES NOT surpass Rush Fee (high priority tag).}

5.4 | Refound is applicable for any kind of service that the artist provides.

_{6.1 | Any illustration that will be used on Monetized Content will receive a 30%+ Fee.
6.2 | Any Illustration that will be used as Commercial Merchandizing will receive a 100%+ Fee.
..... 6.2-1 | Re-selling any artwork withouth paying the commercial merchandizing fee is extremely prohibited. That Fee can be purchased later if the client plans on doing so.}
